Different versions of this file for different platforms can be found in:

C:\Program Files\Windows Mobile Developer Power Toys\ActiveSync_Remote_Display\devices\wce400\

The CERDISP2.EXE in this directory is the one from the "armv4" subdirectory.

You need to copy CERDISP2.EXE into the "\Windows" directory of the device.
